Called them the day I had an issue and received a follow up call within an hour. I explained my issue and scheduled my service. They asked to make sure it wasn’t an emergency, which it wasn’t, and they got me on the schedule the next morning. The crew arrived and performed the service at a very reasonable price and even made me aware of another issue I had not noticed. I will definitely be using them again for any future work I need performed.

We had a major water line leak that required excavating over 125 feet of soil so the line replacement could be made. The crew came out on a Saturday morning at 8am and did not stop until complete, which was close to 6pm. This company is professional with excellent turn around times. They knew we were without water and the inconvenience that causes to a family with kids and pets! We won’t be using anyone else for our future plumbing needs..Lifesavers!!!

I was having a walk in shower installed when the guy who was installing it called me and told me we had a huge problem. The drain to my tub was completely gone and it was draining into my slab foundation. They said it was beyond their capabilities and I needed a plumber. I called my usual plumber and he said I needed to call Mr. FixAll. I called them on Wednesday afternoon fully expecting to pay an enormous amount and be without a shower for sometime. Collin was able to make it out that night and come up with a game plan to work me in to his busy schedule but prepared me for a hefty bill and possible cutting into the concrete. They showed up the next day, did a little bit of research and were able to tell me that no cutting of the concrete was needed and that the expected bill would be cut in half. Needless to say my drain is fixed and ready to have the shower installed with no need to cut any concrete! They saved me a bunch of worry and money. Collin was super professional and had the drain fixed in about an hour. Very fair pricing and extremely informative. He explained everything that he thought he might have to do and then explained what was actually needed. All in all a great company with knowledgeable and friendly employees. I would definitely recommend to everyone who needs any plumbing work done.

Communication is very close to being as important as having the job completed correctly and this company accomplished both. They won the job solely by being the first to respond, honestly. And as it turns out, that prompt response foreshadowed their professionalism and capabilities. They worked with my schedule, proactively updated me on their time of arrival, and took less than an hour to complete the task. One leaky outdoor spigot removed, replaced and off the never ending list of home repairs that need addressed. Money well spent.
